Arts

The students learn about two and three-dimensional art forms through working with materials such as paint, clay, cloth, and papier maché. Art history is also part of the curriculum. We focus on each student's individual artistic talents.

All art projects and work from the art folders will be sent home at the end of each month. Work in the style of the artist of the month is displayed in a prominent place in the art room.
Students in all grades are offered the opportunity to participate in an Art Club after school.

The Drama program focuses on all the different aspects of performing and public speaking. Creative expression is fostered through mime, role-playing and improvisation. The student is also encouraged, through class activities, to develop an appreciation of English literature.
